Wedding Deets
What is included in the beverage package?
Includes selection of 1 white, 2 reds, 1 sparkling, base spirits (vodka, gin, bourbon, rum), 1 spritz and 3 wedding cocktails along with all beer choices in the bar. Any changes to the wedding beverage package (ie removal of cocktails or sparkling etc) does not change the package price. Soft drink and sparkling water is also included.
What is included in the finger food?
Choose 6 finger food options from our menu. Grazing platters are made of seasonal and local produce. There is plenty of food in the finger food package and it is circulated and also laid out as a buffet style. You can add on dessert petite sweets for an additional $20pp. No external food except wedding cake is permitted.
The seated wedding menu is by one or our designed guest chefs who are on site on the day.
Can I bring in my own flowers, cake etc?
Most definately! And when you book the venue its exclusively yours. If booking for a 4 or 5 hour wedding package on a Saturday afteroon or evening reception, we shut the doors 2 hours prior for you and your suppliers to have access.
Is their parking?
There is free parking right and lots of it directly out the front of the building on the weekend. We are also on the Number 1 tram route departing Swanston Street and the Arts Centre (the ride takes all of 6 minutes). We are 15-20 minute walk to Crown Casino, and hotel accomodation on City Road (all depends on how fast you walk in heels)
Can we bring in our own music?
Yes you can bring in a playlist to play via our sound system. Unfortunately live music bands etc are not permitted, though we do allow acoustic 1-2 person duos for ceremonies.
Can I pre-view the venue?
Yes we invite you and your partner to come and view anytime - just call us on 0437-455-118 to arrange an inspection.... and a glass of wine of course!
